T-shirt Return Policies
When you receive your shirt, please inspect it carefully for any holes / damage / open seams. This is very rare, but we are only human so sometimes we miss these defects and ship them out. If you find any problems, contact us immediately at returns@annarbortees.com. We will do our best to to correct our mistakes or quality issues.
If you are no longer interested in the product you received or would like to exchange, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn shirts for up to 60 days from the day you receive your order. Worn shirts with bad stitching, holes or other defects must be returned within 14 days. Any shirts purchased in November / December may be returned / exchanged by January 14th.
We will accept exchanges on unworn items for up to 60 days. All returns must be returned in an unused and resellable condition. Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, stain, smell strongly of smoke, covered in pet hair, or have been otherwise damaged are non-returnable and we reserve the right to refuse returns / exchanges at our discretion.

Please note it is the customers' responsibility to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using an economical shipping service, such as USPS First-Class, to send back the item(s). We recommend using a trackable service and holding on to the tracking number until your return / exchange has been processed. If you contact us regarding your return, we will ask for this tracking number.
If for any reason you need your replacement item(s) sooner, please feel free to place a new order in the desired size or style and simply return the unwanted item(s) at your convenience for a full refund.

Media and Other Merchandise Policies
If your non-apparel merchandise is in any way defective, contact us immediately at returns@annarbortees.com with a description of the issue. We will do our best to to correct our mistakes or quality issues. In the event that we do not have adequate stock to replace your item, you will be awarded a refund.
Any open or used non-apparel merchandise is not returnable. For eligible items, please use the Return / Exchange Procedure outlined above. For example: Shrink wrapped media must be unopened to be eligible for return
